Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering preferably from BUET/ RUET/ KUET/ CUET/ SUST

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.
∎ Ensure style wise line balancing. Lay Out the production schedule so that production quotas are met.
∎ Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material.
∎ Analyzing productivity and improve system by implement kaizen process.
∎ Check the cutting production; sewing production; absenteeism; print and embroidery; cutting balance, non productive report; and Compile reports on progress of work and production problems.
∎ Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new machine.
∎ Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met. Prepare still inventory for the operator.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Arrange technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given in line
∎ Assist IE manager to execute and evaluate workers’ performance, motivating workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in production process
∎ Knowledge in CAD and SMV
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows AND XP
∎ Self-motivated and capable of team building.
∎ Good communication skill in both Bengali & English.

Salary: Negotiable
