Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze and design layout of Man, Machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
Identify statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
Implement various methods to minimize the cost against increase production efficiency of factory.
Maintain coordination with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
Implement strategic and operational framework development considering corporate objectives.
