Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or relevant field

• Age 30 to 45 years

Perform time and motion studies to determine accurate SMVs (Standard Minute Values) for all sewing operations.  
Develop and maintain operation breakdowns, SMV sheets, and machine layouts for each new style.  
Support efficient sewing line setup and balance based on style requirements and operator skill levels.   
Apply method improvement techniques to reduce unnecessary motion and optimize cycle time. 
Track hourly production, operator efficiency, and overall line performance to ensure targets are met.  
Work with production and quality teams to ensure smooth style transitions with minimal downtime.  
Conduct capacity studies post-feeding, identify technical, machine, and quality bottlenecks, and coordinate solutions.   
Conduct one-hour production studies in key processes to help achieve production targets. 
Keep accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE performance reports.
Participate in interviews for new sewing operators and provide grading/justification based on skills.
