∎ Coordinate with senior management and line managers to resolve issues.
∎ Performance Monitoring and Efficiency Calculation:
∎ Monitor workers’ performance and conduct skill tests.
∎ Calculate efficiency, non-productive time , and develop productivity enhancement strategies.
∎ Production Planning and Scheduling:
∎ Review production schedules and engineering specifications.
∎ Develop and communicate production standards in collaboration with management.
∎ Quality and Defect Management.
