∎ Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase productivity using industrial engineering method and tools.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth productivity.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and follow-up unskilled operators.
∎ Process simplification, time study, capacity study and motion study to increase productivity.
∎ Analyze non-productive time, identify operational bottlenecks and solve problems.
∎ Follow up operator recruitment, skill matrix update and operator skill development.
∎ Identify scopes to improve working method through innovation and technology implementation.
∎ Analyze to reduce cost and wastage efficiently.
∎ Identify & remove causes of delay production to meet shipment dates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in a woven bottom garment manufacturing factory.
∎ Very Good knowledge about SMV calculation and efficiency calculation.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy.
