Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency.
∎ Implement methods to optimize workflow and develop strategies to reduce bottlenecks and streamline processes.
∎ Plan and allocate manpower based on production targets and timelines.
∎ Ensure the effective utilization of machinery and other resources to reduce downtime.
∎ Create, implement, and regularly review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different production processes.
∎ Analyze variances from targets, suggest corrective actions, and report on target achievement.
∎ Identify and implement cost-reduction measures across production processes.
∎ Lead continuous improvement projects to increase production efficiency and reduce cycle time.
