Job Responsibilities:
∎ Block wise manpower balancing, accurate daily target setting
∎ Identify bottleneck and aligning accurate methods to improve the capacity
∎ Check machine layout diagrams and make correction
∎ Line feeding follow-up to ensure zero feeding
∎ Hourly production monitoring to ensure daily target
∎ Loss time monitoring
∎ Block wise weekly plan preparation, pre-preparation and documents maintaining
∎ Organize and conducting weekly feeding meeting
∎ Maintain skill inventory and verify production bonus accuracy
∎ check capacity study and SMV correction where applicable
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
