Job Context:
∎ M&J Group entered into manufacturing activities in 1965 by establishing a flour milling company. The business horizon gets expanded in 1989 when the garment manufacturing factory was opened. Now with its 9 sister concerns, M&J Group is a leading manufacturer in Bangladesh. The group is producing a wide range of top-quality denim bottoms including some non-denim products. Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have sufficient knowledge on Budgeting, standard and actual cost;
∎ Preparation of product costing, job costing & process costing;
∎ Variance analysis Standard 'cost vs Actual Cost;
∎ Ageing of inventory movement;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ 5-8 years (At least 5 years costing experience for any RMG industry).;
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Word, Advanced Excel skills and Power point;
∎ Able to handle Oracle;
∎ Candidates having experience of working with Oracle/SAP, ERP will be given preference;
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge in accounting, financial planning, cost, budget and others related activities of the Group/ Industry/ Company;
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bangla;
∎ Should have analytical skills.
