10 plus years of experience in security management and at least 08 years in the same leadership role;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent physical fitness;
Computer literacy with Bangla and English;
Training and adequate knowledge in firefighting, first aid and evacuation;
Understanding of fire alarm and suppression systems;
Knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures and protocols;
Knowledge of RSC, C-TPAT, Social Compliance;
Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and engagement;
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and compliance;
Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong sense on initiative;
Ability to remain calm and make decision during emergencies;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for overseeing overall Safety & security affairs of the Group including all associated factories located in different location;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the Groups’ operation;
Ensuring safety & security of the company with a team of approximately security Guards.
Formulation of Security policies, controls, and standard operating procedures;
Enforce all security measures and rules;
Proactively monitor the security situation;
Stay updated about latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and recommend improvements to security policies and procedures;
Carry out periodic security survey with a view of improving security controls and coverage;
Monitoring the functionality of security systems & equipment;
Monitor and control the Security department budget to ensure cost effective utilization of resources;
Communicate with law enforce offices/agencies;
Assist in interview and recruitment of security personnel;
Ensure SCAN/C-TPAT audit requirements and social compliance are met in accordance with global best practices;
Conduct or supervise internal investigations into security breaches, incidents, or misconduct;
Maintain & monitor Logistic security for export security & truck sealing process by developing system for loading supervision, seal management, carton verification or truck monitoring;
Ensure incident reporting with structured reporting system by maintaining standardized incident form, RCA process, shift-wise log, or scalation protocol;
Monitor hazard area oversight for boiler, chemical & utility area and ensure access control for emergency coordination in high-risk zones;
Ensure proper crisis management by developing shift specific emergency planning by maintaining crisis teams per shift, evacuation planning, night-shift emergency coverage;
Develop and implement training programs for all security staff to strengthen capability and enhance overall security readiness;
Liaise with emergency services, police, ambulance, and fire services to resolve issues;
Advocating on different legal issues & maintaining relationship with law enforcing agencies;
Overall vehicle management, maintaining Vehicle Tracking System and monitor CCTV Systems;
Support with the execution of security awareness and crisis management training within all units/associated factories;
Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and disseminate feedback to the appropriate entities/authorities;
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
