Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as CCTV Surveillance Officers. The successful candidates will be responsible for the following key duties:
Monitor and operate the CCTV Control Room efficiently and effectively.
Maintain vigilant surveillance of all CCTV feeds to identify security threats and irregularities.
Quickly respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities.
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all incidents.
Proficiently correspond in English, both written and verbal.
Work in shifts and roster duty as required.
Collaborate with security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents.
Demonstrate a quick response to emergency situations.
Comply with all legal and ethical standards related to surveillance activities.
