• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in security operations (RMG factory preferred)

• Prior experience as a Security Supervisor / In-charge will be an advantage

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good understanding of factory security systems and protocols

• Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions

• Basic reporting and documentation skills

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations of our RMG factory. The role involves ensuring safety, maintaining discipline & supervising security personnel to protect company assets, employees & visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily security operations within the factory premises

• Lead and manage security guards, ensuring proper duty roster and discipline

• Control factory access points (gate management, visitor entry, vehicle checking)

• Ensure proper checking of goods in/out to prevent theft or unauthorized movement

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections across the factory

• Handle emergencies (fire, accidents, security breaches) efficiently

• Maintain security logs, incident reports and documentation

• Coordinate with HR & Admin regarding security policies and compliance

• Ensure implementation of company safety and security procedures
