প্রকল্পগুলোর দৈনন্দিন নিরাপত্তা কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ ও সমন্বয় করা
আনসার, বিজিবি এবং অন্যান্য নিরাপত্তা সংস্থার সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রাখা
সকল প্রকল্পের জন্য নিরাপদ ও সুরক্ষিত পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করা
নিরাপত্তা কর্মীদের সাথে আলোচনা করে দায়িত্ব ও সময়সূচি নির্ধারণ করা
জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা
নিরাপত্তা কর্মীদের সরঞ্জাম ক্রয় ও ব্যবস্থাপনা করা
নিরাপত্তা কর্মীদের পোশাক পরিধান নিশ্চিত করা এবং শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রাখা
নিরাপত্তা কর্মীদের নিয়োগ, ছুটি, বদলি, অব্যাহতি ইত্যাদি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা
ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা
