Responsibilities & Context:
Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and scheduling staff, including gardeners and volunteers, to meet site maintenance goals.
Plant Care Management: Overseeing planting, pruning, fertilization, and pest control for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
Operational Planning: Developing work schedules, assigning tasks, and coordinating hard/soft landscaping projects (e.g., pathways, irrigation).
Site Inspection: Regularly inspecting grounds for safety, health, and aesthetic improvements.
Environment: Frequent, year-round work outdoors, often in varied weather conditions.
Physical Activity: Significant physical activity, including walking, standing for long periods, bending, and potentially working at heights for pruning
