Key Responsibilities
Install, support and maintain enterprise hardware systems including servers, storage systems, enterprise hardware security systems and enterprise hardware solutions at different customer locations across the country.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise storage solutions.
Install and troubleshoot operating systems including Windows Server, RHEL/Linux, HP-UX and other Unix platforms,etc.
Provide on-site and remote technical support ensuring minimum system downtime.
Communicate, escalate and coordinate with customers and overseas partners for faster problem resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction — Customer Satisfaction Surveys will be key performance indicators.
Ensure timely and high-quality communication with internal teams and customers.
Learn and remain current in relevant enterprise products and technologies.
