Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learning & Development activities:
∎ Facilitate local learning and development activities in coordination with functional/business managers.
∎ Assist to plan and implement training calendar as per the requirement of managers.
∎ Coordinate with managers for payment of bills, evaluation of training, training bond issues.
∎ Facilitate the arrangement and management of training venue and facilities.
∎ Co-ordinate, evaluate and monitor all learning programs to ensure that learning & development targets and objectives are met.
∎ Review training policy, format, training approval procedure in due consultation with HR manager.
∎ Co-ordinate, evaluate and monitor all learning programmes to ensure that learning & development targets and objectives are met.
∎ Regional Reporting:
∎ Responsible for the reporting of different training activities as per regional and local requirements.
∎ Coordinate learning and development activities with regional L&D team.
∎ Vendor Management:
∎ Coordinate with the training providers/vendors for conducting different training.
∎ Process payment issues and feedback regarding the training.
∎ Publication:
∎ Coordinate and publish newsletter and special publication.
