Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on labor laws.
∎ Handle recruitment and selection activities.
∎ Supervise HR Payroll, Leaves & attendance etc.
∎ Organize training/awareness in regular basis.
∎ Maintain & update organogram of all departments.
∎ Keep all employees personal record & update time-to-time.
∎ Prepare disciplinary status and other report as desired by the management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Candidates must have minimum 3 years experience in the Group of industries or export oriented industries of Human Resources Management, Admin.
