Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Human Resources Management with specialization in Recruitment & Selection.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment:
∎ Assist in the management of the recruitment process at all levels and attract best-in-class candidates.
∎ Identifies the manpower to be hired based on the HR Requisition Form.
∎ Performs sourcing through internal and external advertisement and data bank.
∎ Communicates job profile to accredited head hunters for outsourced manpower requirements.
∎ Screens CVs per job profile ensuring applicants are qualified.
∎ Coordinates interview schedules of shortlisted candidates with requesting heads.
∎ Conduct an initial interview to determine whether they are suitable to perform the job.
∎ Processes necessary documents of selected candidates for pre-employment.
∎ Assist in the headcount planning to identify the optimum human resource for the company.
∎ Orientation:
∎ Coordinates starting date and deployment of newly hired employee ensuring that employee is properly introduced and inducted.
∎ Responsible for arranging orientation programs for the new employees.
∎ Ensure compliance with recruitment policies & procedures, proper corporate branding, and transmission of the Company's Vision & Mission.
∎ Others:
∎ Develop and maintain contacts with sourcing channels (agencies, job boards, universities).
∎ Attend different career fairs for Employer branding and sourcing candidates for future needs.
∎ Maintains Active File of CVs and initiates action to do so.
∎ Responsible for documentation of all the recruitment-related activities.

∎ Proficiency in oral and written communication.
∎ Planning and organizing ability with a high sense of urgency and meeting deadlines.
∎ Detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
∎ Has sound judgment.
∎ Has initiative and resourcefulness in meeting objectives
∎ Sound knowledge in Recruitment and Selection activities.
∎ Knowledge in Microsoft applications particularly Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
∎ Fluent in English and the local language of the country.
