Experience:
Bachelor degree in any discipline,
Candidates with HR & Compliance-related Certifications will get preferences.
The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
Regular monitoring of all HR & compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
Should have Sound Knowledge on BSCI, OCS, GOTS, Organic, BCI & others spinning certification audit.
Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers` requirements.
Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with target date line against audit reports for Buyer.
Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
