Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Compliance, Legal Studies or relevant;, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collaborate with HR process owners to review the maintenance of required compliance documentation internal control practices is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
∎ To manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment;
∎ To implement HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations;
∎ To assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes through KPI based PMS software;
∎ To keep JD record of each management employees and ensure it is being preserved accordingly;
∎ To identify training needs, coordinating employee training programs, and facilitating career development;

∎ To ensure workplace safety and security protocols are in place and followed;
∎ To promote employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities;
∎ To ensure personal files are being updated & maintained properly with prescribed documents as per SOP;
∎ To ensure of processing Job confirmation letter, Promotion letter and update Job confirmation, Promotion, Increment, Resigning and Final settlement file of management and non-management Employee;
∎ Assist department head in various tasks and projects as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in HR is crucial, typically ranging from 3 to 5 years or more. Experience in HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance is valuable;
∎ Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications, presentation, interpersonal and project management skills;
∎ Should have excellent English communication skill;
∎ Should have excellent skills in Microsoft excel and power point for reporting;
∎ Have positive mentality to adapt in any environment;
∎ The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them efficiently;
∎ Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is important to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries.
