Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare office supplies stock and place orders.
∎ Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
∎ Checking & Prepared administrative bill.
∎ Arrange travel and accommodations.
∎ Maintain company vehicles.
∎ Arrange all kinds of meeting/program.
∎ Maintain and update company databases in ERP.
∎ Maintain important and confidential company documents
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have positive and to do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Basic knowledge in Social Media Marketing and should be tech savvy.

Salary: Negotiable
