Basic knowledge in social media marketing and should be tech savvy.
Perusal of Legal Documents: Review all legal documents thoroughly to ensure consistency of subject matter, identify deficiencies, verify authenticity at the Registry Office, AC (Land) Office, RAJUK, etc., identify any government interest, and finally provide a legal opinion.
Project Eligibility Verification: Conduct eligibility checks for proposed projects or land with relevant authorities such as RAJUK, CDA, KDA, RDA, CoxDA, PWD, and others.
Preparation of Legal Deeds and Documents: Draft various types of legal documents and deeds, including MoU, Sale Deed, Purchase Deed, General Power of Attorney, Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Foreign Power, Joint Venture Agreement, Partition Deed, Declaration Deed, Baina Deed, Legal Notice, and case-related documents such as suits and petitions.
Preparation of Pantographs: Prepare pantographs for the concerned plots as per approved maps.
Registration and Sale Permission: Take necessary steps to obtain sale permission from relevant authorities; conduct registration, pre-registration, and post-registration activities for Baina, Sale Deed, Power Deed, Declaration Deed, etc.; and coordinate with the Procurement Team as required.
Collection of Certified Copies: Collect certified copies of deeds from the Registry Office, Khatians from the DC Office, Mouza Maps from the DC/Settlement Office, and certified copies of cases from courts.
Mutation Process: File mutation applications at the AC (Land) Office, attend hearings, collect Mutation Khatians, and ensure timely payment of land taxes.
Government Approvals and NOCs: Apply for and collect approvals/NOCs from concerned government offices such as LUC, Layout Plan, Fire, Environmental, PWD, Aviation, and Traffic Departments.
Document Management: Maintain a register for all original documents, ensure proper documentation, and keep them in safe custody.
Liaison and Coordination: Maintain liaison with relevant government offices and clients of the company, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
Legal Compliance and Case Management: File FIRs and GDs with relevant police stations, courts, and administrative bodies; coordinate and maintain liaison with administrative authorities and panel lawyers. Maintain a case register, update case progress regularly, and collect case-related documents from the courts.
Team Supervision: Monitor and supervise the work of team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of legal activities.
Other Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time. Employment Status
