Responsibilities & Context:
Handling legal matters under the NI Act and related cases.
Maintaining case files and records in an organized manner.
Preparing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents as required.
Drafting and sending letters or communications to government offices and visiting government offices when necessary.
Communicating and coordinating with external lawyers as required.
Following up on ongoing court cases, attending court proceedings when needed, and reporting updates to management.
Providing any other legal assistance or support required by the company management.
