Responsibilities & Context:
Execute recovery operations for assigned mature portfolios using approved strategies and protocols.
Follow field instructions and operational guidance provided by the In-Charge of Mature Recovery.
Maintain structured records of recovery actions, commitments, discussions, and portfolio updates.
Submit timely reports of field activities, escalations, and operational observations.
Ensure that all recovery actions comply with company policies and operational guidelines.
Support structured coordination with Early Recovery, Legal, and other departments as per protocols.
