Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
∎ or in any other similar subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, logistic management, Safety and Security Management, Transport Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative Support & Delivery:
∎ Perform & carryout day to day Admin related Operational activities. Act as the first point of contact for all administrative queries & support
∎ Housekeeping & transport Management
∎ Canteen Management & Vendor Management
∎ Ensure client & guest entertainment.
∎ Purchase and manage monthly office supplies.
∎ Communicate with vendors and suppliers, admin service provider, recruiters, trainers, and other external parties.
∎ Assist in providing all logistics support, implementing, and administering various HR programs in accordance with yearly HR & Admin plan and budget.
∎ Human Resource Operational Support & Delivery:
∎ Set up interviews and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner.
∎ Assist to ensure HR processes, records, systems, and communication are efficient and effective, including all required information with necessary approvals.
∎ Undertake tasks in performance management, Training & Development, Organizing the Induction and onboarding for new hires.
∎ Prepare different types of letters (NOC, Transfer, line manager changes, release and experience certificates, office order, notice, circular, meeting minutes, show cause warning letters etc.)
∎ Administer Provident Fund membership of employees and process Provident Fund related monthly operational activities.
∎ Maintain employee personal files and update all HR related documents and record those properly in a timely manner.
∎ Any other related job assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communications skills (both written and oral in English)
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Knowledge of core Admin & HR, Logistics Support, Customer service, negotiation and organizing programs
∎ Knowledge of Training Life Cycle and Recruitment Life Cycle
∎ Strong knowledge of modern office collaboration technologies like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
∎ Ability to critically reason, analyze, and drive the initiative towards result.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills & vendor and supplier connections
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to deliver them diligently.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Thorough knowledge of HR & Administration in Tech company preferable.

Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
