Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and execute recruitment strategies to ensure the right candidate at the right place at the right time and fulfil Human Capital Needs
∎ Develop cross functional interview panel for interviewing candidates for different positions
∎ Design competency based Interview patterns
∎ Maintain Liaison with recruitment outsourcing firms
∎ Prepare Employee Profiles of positions starting from Jr. to Sr. Management Officials of various Departments
∎ Conduct induction & socialization
∎ Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
∎ Administer employee evaluation process for job confirmation, quarterly performance evaluation etc.
∎ Issue all sort of official certifications to support internal stakeholders as required
∎ Design, develop and update company organogram based on different content as per requirement
∎ Diagnose company practices, Initiate and implement appropriate Change Management Initiatives and policies
∎ Maintain HR database (both in manual & software format)
∎ Prepare reports for manpower attrition, retention, CTC, leave encashment , required data for internal auditing on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good at MS Office specially in Excel
∎ Strong negotiation skills
∎ Strong people management skills
