  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Personal motorcycle and motorcycle license owner will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the procurement of office stationery, equipment, uniforms, and other essential office supplies.

  • Preserve and maintain official documents in an organized and accessible manner.

  • Supervise and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall beautification of the office environment.

  • Assist in the recruitment process for security guards and manage their documentation and related paperwork.

  • Monitor and allocate official vehicles, track vehicle movements, verify fuel consumption, and follow up on tax token, insurance, and license paperwork.

  • Oversee and manage the drivers and office assistants, ensuring smooth coordination and effective task completion.

  • Manage the office mess, ensuring proper services and hygiene.

  • Maintain communication with various vendors, suppliers, and governmental or non-governmental organizations related to the company’s business.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of guard-related data.Provide assistance to the Head of HR with daily administrative tasks and support.

  • Assist with the search for new office spaces and the management of office maintenance or renovation work.

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department to support the office operations effectively.
