  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Personal motorcycle and motorcycle license owner will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the procurement of office stationery, equipment, uniforms, and other essential office supplies.

  • Maintain adequate supply of guard uniform & accessories as well as to ensure all are stored efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date uniform & accessories inventory records.

  • Regularly visit EV client’s post to ensure all guards are wearing proper uniform & accessories, guard quality etc.

  • Preserve and maintain official documents in an organized and accessible manner.

  • Supervise and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall beautification of the office environment.

  • Assist in the recruitment process for security guards and manage their documentation and related paperwork.

  • Monitor and allocate official vehicles, track vehicle movements, verify fuel consumption, and follow up on tax token, insurance, and license paperwork.

  • Oversee and manage the drivers and office assistants, ensuring smooth coordination and effective task completion.

  • Visit, coordinate the guard mess accommodation, mess fooding to ensure proper services and hygiene.

  • Maintain communication with various vendors, suppliers, and governmental or non-governmental organizations related to the company’s business.

  • Assist recruitment officer for accurate record-keeping of guard-related data.

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department to support the office operations effectively.
