∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyzing manpower requisition given by respective department as per approved manpower planning and organogram and take management approval to take initiative.
∎ Prepare and publish job advertisement in various portals & screen resumes.
∎ Arrange, conduct employee’s recruitment & Selection test and interview as per Recruitment policy and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate.
∎ Prepare Appointment kits and ensure the appointment of selected candidate.
∎ Maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to link up different HR activity and database analysis to generate effective HR output.
∎ Follow up probation period of employees and preparing confirmation letter or probation period extension letter.
∎ Ensure timely salary disbursement by checking and verifying all updated wages and allowances of individual employees.
∎ Prepare final settlement bill of resigned, dismissed or terminated employees’ as well as compensations and benefits.
∎ Ensure Leave management as per the organization's leave policy and existing Labor law.
∎ Conduct TNA, and prepare training plan and calendar for the year for employee training program.
∎ Prepare materials for Employee Training & Development and conducting Induction Program.
∎ Maintain lawful disciplinary action procedures & ensure uniform record management of disciplinary Action & Grievance issues.
∎ Prepare settlement & release letter and conduct exit interview from leaving employee.
∎ Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce it.
∎ Perform special task as assigned by management team from time to time.
