Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing, configuring, and maintaining Hardware & software systems, networks, printers, and scanners. PCs, laptops, UPS, IPS, CCTVs, Time Attendance Devices and other IT devices.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Responding on time to service issues and requests.
∎ Providing technical support across the company.
∎ Setting up accounts for new users.
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
∎ Internal Software troubleshooting.
∎ ERP Software support.
∎ Should have good practical experience about Microtik (Configure, IP Binding, Routing).
∎ Should have good knowledge about mail server.
∎ Attend and fully participate in all Team meetings and department meetings.
∎ Analyze and Troubleshoot problems reported by users content.
∎ Keep update all IT/MIS related documents & PC/Laptop/Server settings for various audit, especially for CT-PAT audit.
∎ Take regular data backup from server.
