Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Animal Husbandry/DVM/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Production Engineering (IPE)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce best quality chicks through an efficient production process to enhance hatchery productivity
∎ Accomplish egg sorting considering the standard quality considering the first lay first setting
∎ Follow up the entire chicks pull out process within the specific time frame
∎ Create a favorable environment in the chicks room and conduct chicks grading, boxing, and chicks transfer
∎ Conduct candling process to find out the dead embryo, infertile & breakout eggs, etc. to increase hatch ability
∎ Ensure accurate and on-time ERP record keeping and provide a report on flock performance status as accordingly
∎ Inspect the different areas of the hatchery visually, do a periodical lab test to identify the infected or disinfected areas, and take immediate corrective action
∎ Control the entry and exit of every individual in the hatchery to manage bio-security hatchability
∎ Monitor all safety rules are followed during maintenance to ensure the safety of men, materials, and machines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have experience in the operations of a hatchery with incubation and hatching expertise
∎ Have the willingness to develop and pursue career in poultry industry
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, self-starter, works well in a team independently and adjust to changing priorities, critical and strategic thinker
∎ Have proficiency at MS Office Applications
Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive
