Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive for Hajj & Umrah Operations and Marketing. The selected candidate will assist in managing Hajj & Umrah packages, ensuring smooth service delivery, and supporting the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.
Job Responsibilities
Hajj & Umrah Operations
- Assist in preparing and managing Hajj & Umrah packages.
- Coordinate visa processing for pilgrims.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for pilgrims
- Assist in liaising with regulatory authorities, including HAB, Civil Aviation Authority, AITA, Ministry of Religious Affairs, and the Saudi Embassy
Marketing & Sales Support
- Assist in developing and implementing Hajj & Umrah marketing campaigns.
- Communicate with clients and provide necessary guidance.
- Support sales team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
