Job responsibility is to monitor the field team to drive business and ensure compliant business from the agent base.

• Split & plan to achieve targets.

• KPI evolution on a regular basis.

• Find out business potentialities.

• Regular market visits.

• Availability & visibility.

• Feed the required data to GM.

• Train & develop new employees.

• Ensure required manpower for the field.

• Ensure business compliance.

• Ensure daily briefing to FF.

• Daily & weekly reporting to TM & GM.

• Ensure proper reporting, information flow & coordination.

• Share the development plan with each FF on a regular basis.

• Monitor the business status of Key agents on a regular basis.

• Maintain dashboard on a daily basis.
