Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of different types of government tenders and procurement procedures.

  • Good analytical and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tender processes simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-GP system operations will be preferred.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Possess sound knowledge and understanding of Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2025.

  2. Prepare tender documents following Standard Tender Documents (STD) in compliance with PPR guidelines.

  3. Identify, monitor, and analyze government tender opportunities through relevant sources and the e-GP portal.

  4. Review tender/bid documents including technical and commercial requirements.

  5. Prepare tender summaries and reports for management review and decision-making.

  6. Support management during pre-tender evaluation, BOQ preparation, costing analysis, and risk assessment.

  7. Prepare complete tender documentation including BOQ, costing sheets, technical proposals, and compliance documents.

  8. Manage and monitor the entire tender submission process (e-GP and manual submissions).

  9. Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and tender regulations.

  10. Maintain liaison with procuring entities, banks, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.

  11. Handle tender clarifications, correspondence, and follow-ups with concerned authorities.

  12. Assist in contract finalization and project execution after tender award.

  13. Follow up on outstanding payments and collections related to awarded tenders.

  14. Maintain proper records, documentation, and reporting of all tender activities.

  15. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
