Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Certification of inspection will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect production complete file with authority sign & seal"
∎ Arrange pp meeting and do the necessary task of pp meeting.
∎ Follow buyer requirements as requested by the buyer daily basis.
∎ Follow up buyer sample requirements, ensure sample quality, and deliver at the right time.
∎ Process & measurement confirmation as per size and color daily basis minimum of two times a day.
∎ Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in control.
∎ Deliver any quality controlling message of buyer end to the related section.
∎ Inline inspection 25%. 50%,7 5%.
∎ Quantity confirmation by the designated authority.
∎ Contact the buyer about any quality issue.
∎ Implement his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
∎ Work as a buyer representative in the garments factory"
∎ Pre-final inspection
∎ e Arrange final inspection with all requirements of the buyer.
∎ Improve product quality by monitoring in line garments production.
∎ Discuss inline inspection findings with respective Production, iE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Take necessary action / inform the authority if any discrepancies found.
∎ Prepare inspection related quality management document
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Knit Garments Manufacturing Processes.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods including AQL levels.
∎ Good knowledge of garments inspection & buyer handling skills.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing & English
Salary: Negotiable
