Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and preparing Daily, Monthly and Yearly Attendance, Leave and Overtime report (as applicable) and submit the same as per timeline.
∎ Leave application processing and maintaining register, database and records accordingly.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring proper cleanliness of office premises.
∎ Assist in recruitment and employee joining clearance process.
∎ Provide necessary support during separation and final settlement of employee.
∎ Assist in documentation works for service confirmation of employee.
∎ Assist in Payroll related works.
∎ Processing administrative letters, applications, notes, documents etc.
∎ Checking, updating and maintaining Administrative registers as and when required.
∎ Maintaining and updating Administrative databases, important contact details, files and records in an organized manner.
∎ Preparing HR and Administrative documents as and when required.
∎ Provide support to the Management as per requirements.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
