Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters / MBA
∎ Equivalent educational qualification in Supply Chain/ Material Management will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper outflow of goods / materials in the expected quality & quantity as per customer requirements whilst being responsible for activities of the stores & follow up with subordinates to ensure packing requirements are met
∎ Ensure details of second grade garments, shipment details and excess garments are updated and published to the relevant departments & management for better decision making
∎ Monitor and ensure effective utilization of the SAP system in order to make operational decisions in assigned areas of work
∎ Ensure good inventory management practice is executed & take adequate measures to sustain it
∎ Coordinating finished garments on subcontract operation
∎ Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor performance/ provide feedback whilst taking steps to develop their skills
∎ Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards and warehouse processes such as SOPs, Compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in all areas/ activities whilst fulfilling customer compliance requirements
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent English & Bangla, including strong English report writing skills
∎ Good command of MS software Products:Acess,Excel,Word,Outlook
Salary:
∎ Negotiable / depends on qualifications and experience
