Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve any payment-related issues.
∎ Expense Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses, reviewing expense reports, verifying reimbursement requests, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
∎ Financial Systems and Tools: Utilize financial software and tools to record and analyze financial data accurately. Help maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and other financial records.
∎ Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis and preparing reports on key financial metrics, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency. This may involve gathering and analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing financial models.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting and reviewing financial data, assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitoring actual performance against budgeted targets.
∎ Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
∎ Financial Projects: Support various financial projects, such as process improvements, cost optimization initiatives, and implementation of financial systems or software.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
