Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take inventory, inspect fabric quality, and receive and provide records for all materials as per procedure.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that fabrics are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Make sure of inventory management and the stock is minimum.
∎ Keep in close contact with the merchandising department and successfully meet their requirement.
∎ Maintaining of Inventory by using software.
∎ Create and manage a software-based system to track materials that are delivered on schedule to the production floor.
∎ Checking bills, vouchers, receipts and all documents for authenticity.
∎ All Purchase requisition Follow up.
∎ Ensure proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
∎ Assure the appropriate identification, storage, and trace-ability of all arriving and stock materials.
∎ Maintaining 5s and floor compliance.
∎ Experienced in maintaining standard as per GOTS, OCS certification is highly preferable.
