Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
∎ Identify and cultivate relationships with new international clients and distributors.
∎ Manage existing export accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze global trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of trade with clients.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
∎ Handle export documentation, customs regulations, and international shipping requirements.
∎ Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.
∎ Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Provide the management team with regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
