Responsibilities & Context:
User Support:
- Support daily troubleshooting and operational issues in Oracle Database, ERP.
- Maintain a knowledge base with guides and FAQs.
- Ensure smooth ERP support under any condition or pressure, while maintaining professional behavior with users.
ERP Module Implementation:
- Assist with the completion of unfinished ERP modules, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
- Develop custom reports based on employee data, refine ERP usability for users, and regularly update best practices guidelines.
Basic ICT Support:
- Provide basic hardware and network troubleshooting support, with remote assistance and quick guides.
