Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the efficient and uninterrupted operation of machinery and equipment through continuous monitoring and timely identification of maintenance needs.
Strictly adhere to the preventive maintenance schedule to minimize breakdowns and enhance equipment performance.
Prepare daily work schedules in advance and ensure their proper execution within the planned timeframe.
Supervise and lead the maintenance team effectively, fostering motivation and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Maintain optimal inventory levels for local items and assist the HOD in managing inventory and sourcing strategic foreign materials.
