Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the following:
∎ EDI (Electronic Data Interchange):
∎ Printing and cutting QR code stickers.
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of QR code stickers.
∎ IT (Information Technology):
∎ Managing and maintaining all devices used in sewing, cutting, finishing, store, and other allocation areas.
∎ Identifying and resolving software and hardware issues.
∎ Monitoring and managing device charging status to ensure battery longevity and prevent overheating.
∎ Conducting regular checks on the internet connection to maintain uninterrupted service.
∎ Keeping a comprehensive record of all devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
∎ Good knowledge of the Android operating system and devices, network cabling, IP addressing.
∎ Basic understanding of LAN networking, WIFI routers, manageable switches, web browsers, and database software.
∎ Proficiency in English, Bangla, and Hindi languages.
