Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Disaster and Environment Management.
∎ Masters in the relevant discipline from public university will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Management, Environmental Compliance, Factory EHS, Health Safety and Environment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Dyeing Factory, Garments, Spinning, Textile, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to ensure the factory environment and chemical management aspects as per the land of law and buyers' requirement.
∎ Monitoring environmental impact, water and energy consumption record & chemical level status and updating in different platform e.g., ZDHC, BHive, Cleanchain, BVE3 etc.
∎ Able to handle all type of Compliance audits e.g., ZDHC/HIGG/BEPI/Environment/ Oeko-tex/ Giz/ISO/H&M/Puma/Aldi/C&A/Primark/Otto/Tesco/PVH/DOE and other Certification Audits.
∎ Work together with the management in areas of waste reduction, and energy savings and work towards the goal of creating an environmentally friendly green organization.
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, and First party & third-party audit.
∎ To prepare & update all compliance-related documents and also maintain a relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books & register of related sections/departments are properly for up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Identify & ensure organized awareness or development training as per requirement.
∎ Implementing operational strategies and procedures as per prescribed SOP.
∎ Preparing all chemicals Bangle MSDS and ensuring the implementation in work place.
∎ Able to identify and take necessary action for phase out noncompliance beforehand.
∎ Check Safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensuring policy in work place and managing the proper storing of chemical & wastage.
∎ Conducting chemical Handling training to workers and also MRSL/RSL training to management.
∎ Plan and direct for training of employees and carry out other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have ability to prepare all reports and correspondences with stakeholders in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
