Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Accounting or Finanace, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public university.
∎ Must be a Chartered Accountant (FCMA/ACA ).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CFO provides both accounting and operational support to the organization.
∎ Monitor and supervise proper maintenance the accounts of a group of companies.
∎ Responsible for preparation of financial statements, reports in line with the guidelines of Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Should have responsible for processing the financial activities of the organization to maximize company's profits and to plan for its growth.
∎ Should have a good knowledge about VAT, Tax, Customs, Bond, and other compliance issues.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 to 5 years working experience in a well reputed group of company as Chief Financial officer.
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in RMG production, knitting, dyeing, finishing and printing as well.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments, Finance staff in a multicultural environment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English.
