∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Export-Import, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Floor/ Line Management, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create strategic plans and execute relatively for the profitability of the organization.
∎ Search for buyers apart from existing buyers and confirm orders in collaboration with the Top Management.
∎ Monitoring Merchandising department, Store, Cutting, Sewing lines, and Finishing Lines.
∎ Create production plan in collaboration with the production team.
∎ Assure on time shipment and cooperate the buyers during final inspection.
∎ Profit/Loss analysis
∎ Report to the Directors on a daily basis.
∎ Fully responsible for all the operations related to the manufacturing unit.
∎ Need to be loyal and highly honest.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
