The Executive Director (Planning & Development) is one of the members of the management of the Company who reports through the Managing Director to the Board of Directors. He/She is responsible for technical studies, planning, development of projects, policies and strategies, engineering, construction, supervision of all the running & upcoming projects of the company. He is also responsible for providing proper assistance to the Managing Director for ensuring timely completion of the project, financing and compliance issues of the projects.

• Basic pay Tk. 1,49,000/-(One lac forty-nine thousand) per month plus house rent 50% of basic pay. 2 (two) festival bonuses, Boishakhi allowance (20% of basic) per year, gratuity, contributory provident fund, group insurance, leave encashment, reimbursement of medical expenses and other fringe benefits will be admissible as per provisions of the Company`s Rules/Policies/Provisions. He/She will also be entitled to full-time transport with fuel and driver. Income tax shall be paid by the incumbent.
