Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to sourcing, new product development & negotiation and also able to deliver the right products at the right price on time.
∎ Administer cost sheet for each product, identify the new materials, clarify the discrepancy and arrange missing color standard for each key account as per the requirement.
∎ Liaison with commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and update buyers.
∎ Ensuring fabric and accessories are in factory at right quantity and quality as per set time frame for production.
∎ Handle Buyer accounts independently starting from development to shipment.
∎ Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development sample costing sheets.
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking and delivery.
∎ Coordinate order placement process.
∎ Follow up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
∎ Detail follow up time line of each order with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
