Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing of Plot, Flat and Commercial space.
∎ Establishing and adjust selling price by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand.
∎ Must be aware in real estate law, policy of housing & DAP.
∎ Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets and KPIs.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors to study sales, Market survey and analysis business activities.
∎ Supervise, follow up and oversee sales and marketing activities and provide support to the team member for further improvement.
∎ Create new customer base for Product sales. maintain good relation with existing client & adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Provide day to day marketing and sales report to the management.
∎ Provide feedback to team members, both good and bad to increase sales productivity and individual development.
∎ Handling customer queries and complaints.
∎ Ensure branding and promotional activities of the products through Digital Marketing team.
∎ Arrange external meeting with the clients and ensure project visit for the clients.
∎ Collaborate with cross functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
