• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Only Male

• Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing of Plot, Flat and Commercial space.

• Establishing and adjust selling price by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand.

• Must be aware in real estate law, policy of housing & DAP.

• Monitoring the team`s performance and motivating them to reach targets and KPIs.

• Keeping up to date with products and competitors to study sales, Market survey and analysis business activities.

• Supervise, follow up and oversee sales and marketing activities and provide support to the team member for further improvement.

• Create new customer base for Product sales. maintain good relation with existing client & adopting policy to hunt new one.

• Provide day to day marketing and sales report to the management.

• Provide feedback to team members, both good and bad to increase sales productivity and individual development.

• Handling customer queries and complaints.

• Ensure branding and promotional activities of the products through Digital Marketing team.

• Arrange external meeting with the clients and ensure project visit for the clients.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
