Educational Requirements:
∎ PGD/MBA in Industrial Engineering & Management.
∎ Bachelor of Technology (preferably in Chemical Engineering from reputed local /overseas University).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivering strategies and planning of the company’s long-term strategic directions and identifying business opportunities for expansion and development.
∎ Executing and overseeing business plans to ensure top-bottom line for the business.
∎ Capacity build-up of existing business including execution of project, monitoring & supervising day to day operation through which ensure profitability of the business.
∎ Managing people and culture through nurturing a performance-based and result oriented culture within the organization through sense of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty and accountability.
∎ Measure the SWOT of market and make organization as market leader over the competitors through R&D.
∎ Form the organization to right size as well as reengineering of organizational structure as needed.
∎ Ensure the implementation of automation and continuous improvement drive in each and every area of organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 25 years of experience in pesticide or agro-chemical industry with 10 years’ experience in Top Management of any renowned organization (preferably in MNCs)

Salary: Negotiable
